The three nozzle sizes for clearing a drilled hole before setting a mechanical anchor. Printed for Ryobi wet/dry vacuums with a 35mm hose connection, including the RVC-1220L-G, the 8, 10 and 12mm sizes cover the hole diameters for the most common stud, screw-in and sleeve anchors used on site.

A clean hole lets a screw-in or sleeve anchor seat to its full embedment depth. Ramset's instructions for the TruBolt, AnkaScrew and DynaBolt Plus ranges call for brushing the hole, then removing the debris with a vacuum, hand pump or compressed air.
