These terms apply to every purchase from industrialpw.com.au. Placing an order means you accept them.

About us

Industrial Printworks Pty Ltd (ABN 71 696 809 551) is an Australian company that designs and 3D prints tool accessories. Products are made to order in NSW.

Products

We aim for accurate descriptions. Photos are illustrative and slight variation in colour or surface finish is normal for 3D printed parts. Dimensions are nominal.

Compatibility

Products listed as fitting a third party brand, such as Milwaukee, DeWalt, Bosch, Ryobi, GME or Quad Lock, are independently designed and tested by us. We have no affiliation with, endorsement from or official connection to those brands. Their names are used only to indicate compatibility. Check your vacuum or bracket model before ordering.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices can change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full through Stripe when you place the order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you get the confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you promptly and refund it in full.

Delivery

See shipping and returns for dispatch times, rates and what to do if a parcel is late. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, not a guarantee.

Returns

We replace or refund items that arrive faulty, damaged or not as described. We do not accept change of mind returns. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See shipping and returns.

Custom prints

Instant quote prices are indicative until we have checked the file. We confirm the final price and lead time by email before printing and nothing is charged until you approve it. Custom parts are printed from the file you supply, so we cannot accept responsibility for design errors in that file. You confirm you have the right to have the design printed.

Use and liability

Our products are tool accessories for competent tradespeople. Follow safe work practices and your tool manufacturer's instructions. Prolonged or heavy use of a vacuum nozzle may increase wear on your vacuum. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage, injury or loss arising from misuse.
