Dispatch
Every part is printed for your order. We dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start the next business day. You get an email with Australia Post tracking when it leaves.
Postage within Australia
Orders over $24 get free Australia Post Standard. Every three piece kit qualifies on its own.

Australia Post quotes 2 to 5 business days for Standard in metro areas and 5 to 10 regional. Express is usually next business day between capitals. These are estimates, not guarantees, and peak periods can add time.
International
We post to New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and most of Europe by Australia Post International Standard. The rate shows in the cart once you pick the country. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Late or missing parcels
If the tracking has stalled, email info@industrialpw.com.au with your order number and we will chase it with Australia Post.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email your order number and a photo of the problem to info@industrialpw.com.au within 14 days of receiving it. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. In most cases you will not need to post anything back. Do not return an item until you have heard from us.
Change of mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Every part is printed specifically for your order, so please check the fitment and hole size before you buy. The hole cleaning guide maps anchors to hole sizes, and if you are not sure which vacuum fitment you need, ask first.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
